Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang at The Muny Opera. She received her cumlaude degree from The University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Communication and Theater. She started her career with the city of Los Angeles as a theater performer and choreographer, choreographing more than 20 musicals and plays. They included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. In addition she played 7 titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. As she continued to learn the art of improvisation at The Groundlings and becoming a part of the company at Theatre West Kelly also started finding roles on TV and in film. Her unique voice, and small size enabled Kelly to come up with many different characters. Her most well-known role is her role alongside Naomi Watts taking over the role as the evil Samara In The Ring 2 but is popularly known for her role as the bright and bubbly receptionist of Two and a Half Men. Kelly played the role of an attorney and a social animal on TV the show Land's The Exes as a Series regular between the years of 2011 and. Kelly was also on the show as Alyssa's charming, smart sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged and as the mother of a stressed suburban family in the CW series No Tomorrow. She's lent her soprano singing voice to several cartoons like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Recently, she has appeared as the charming and dim Cloud 9 employees on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She leads a tranquil private life with her husband and two young kids. She enjoys sewing as well as volunteering for school activities.
